About the role

We are currently recruiting an Office Coordinator to play a key role in the smooth and efficient day-to-day running of our office. This is a varied position providing administrative and organisational support across the business while maintaining a high standard of service to our clients.

The role would suit an experienced administrator who is highly organised, enjoys taking ownership and is comfortable coordinating people, processes and competing priorities in a busy professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

•    Manage day-to-day office administration, including calls, correspondence, visitors and meetings.

•    Act as a key point of contact for clients and prospective clients, handling queries and ensuring timely follow-up.

•    Co-ordinate new client onboarding, documentation and AML requirements.

•    Maintain accurate client and business records across internal systems.

•    Provide administrative support for invoicing, billing, payments and other finance processes.

•    Prepare and manage client correspondence, documentation, letters and notices.

•    Co-ordinate office facilities, supplies and equipment, and liaise with IT providers and other external service providers as required.

•    Provide administrative support for recruitment, new starters, staff leave and training.

•    Assist with the organisation and smooth running of the office and team activities.

•    Undertake general administrative and operational duties as required.

Skills & Experience

•    Previous experience in an office administration or co-ordination role.

•    Excellent organisational and time-management skills.

•    Strong attention todetail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

•    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

•    Highly proficient in the use of Microsoft applications, specifically Word and Excel.

•    Good general IT andsystems experience.

•    Professional, approachable and client-focused manner.

•    Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.

•    A high level of discretion when handling confidential information.

•    Anti-Money Laundering (AML) experience preferred.
